1. Shipping rates and delivery times by carrier
To know the shipping costs for your order, you must sign in. Rates depend on the delivery address, the contents of the order, and the available carrier.
1.1 GLS
Home delivery or pickup point (in Metropolitan France):
€8.90 per order to a pickup point (not available for potted roses)
€9.90 per order home delivery with GLS for bare-root roses
€18 per order home delivery with GLS for potted roses or mixed orders (pots and bare roots)
Parcels are delivered 24–48 hours after leaving the nursery.
For other destinations, shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery country, the content of the order, and the available carrier.

1.2 Colissimo
Home delivery or pickup point:
€8.90 per order to a pickup point (not available for potted roses or mixed orders)
€9.90 per order for home delivery (not available for potted roses or mixed orders)
Delivered within 48 hours after leaving the nursery.
In case of absence, the postman will leave a notice with pick-up or redelivery instructions.
For other destinations, shipping costs are calculated by destination and carrier.
1.3 Chronopost
Home delivery in Metropolitan France (excluding DOM-TOM and Corsica):
€18 per order
Delivery the next day before 1 pm for orders placed before 9 am Monday–Friday (orders after 3 pm Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday)
In case of absence, the driver leaves a notice with pickup or redelivery options.
1.4 Pickup at the Roseraie
Orders can be picked up free of charge by appointment from December to the end of February, or after receiving a confirmation email, at Les Chemins de la Rose in Doué-la-Fontaine (49).
Note: November is a busy month for shipping bare-root roses. Delivery times may be longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipments are suspended during the annual closure from February 14 to March 1, 2026 inclusive. Orders placed during this period will still be processed.
2. Packaging
Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage. They may include fixed and variable parts depending on order price or weight. You are encouraged to combine items in one order, since we cannot group separate orders later.
Delicate products are carefully packed with extra protection.
Invoices are sent by email as PDF to reduce paper usage.
3. Delivery periods
Bare-root roses
Delivery and planting: from November to April
Orders placed outside this period will be delivered from November when the season restarts.
Expected delivery is 5–10 working days after ordering and availability.
Potted roses
Delivery and planting: from September to June
Orders placed outside this period will be delivered once the season resumes.
Expected delivery is 2–4 working days during the active period.
For mixed orders (bare roots and potted), pot delivery terms apply, and the delivery follows the bare-root delivery season.
4. Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your parcel in real time.
5. Refused or unclaimed delivery
If the delivery is refused or not collected in time, the parcel will be returned. In such cases, additional shipping costs may apply. Be sure to provide accurate delivery information to avoid issues.
6. International delivery
We offer international shipping to many countries. Fees and delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties, taxes, and handling fees may apply, and are payable by the recipient.
7. How to make a claim
We strive to deliver your order in perfect condition.
